In "My characters" page, you will see the list of your characters and for each of them, a ranking status will be indicated on the left.

This character is not ranked.
This character is ranked.

Basically, with a Premium or Registered account, the rule is the same: you need to synchronize your character to show it up in the Ranking.

After you synced it, there are 2 possible reasons why your character is not ranked:

• Your character is Private and you need to go in "My characters > Privacy settings" and uncheck "Make this character private".
• If you recently manually update your character, we need to validate some information before it can be ranked again, such as the level. So you have to sync your character with Magelo Sync.
