Hi omar1975,
You need to have Java 7 installed on your computer in order to run Magelo Sync.
This error message indicates you need to update your Java.
You maybe have a previous version installed on your computer (Java 6?) or it is also possible you have Java 7 32 bits only, while Magelo Sync use the 64 bits by default.
