When trying to sync my characters, the sync window pops up I get the "My Character" window that shows me what zone I am in. But the sync button will not appear.
I made sure I have the updated Java 32 and 64 bit versions, and tried to un-install magelo sync and re-install it. Nothing worked.

Can you please give it another try ? Just patched again to address the hotfix they pushed yesterday, everything should be fine now.

Tried just now I get same thing basically, updated java as well but just get location and it sits there after that.

My cleric, Lyhiz, won't appear under My Characters to sync either. Tried on two different PCs now where i didn't have any issues on Nov 5.

Tried a few things, took off all versions of java, reinstalled both 32 and 64 bit downloadable java's but still exact same thing, Removed and installed magelo sync also.
Shows what Zone I am in but that's it just stops there.

Thank you all for your log files. As Jelan mentioned EverQuest was patched again on Friday Nov 9 and we updated Magelo Sync on Saturday Nov 10. But there is in fact a problem for few of you when Magelo Sync try to detect your characters. We are looking into it and we will keep you posted as soon as we have some news.

Could you please try again to run Magelo Sync and provide us a fresh log? The synchronization will still not work, but the log file will be more detailed. Thanks for your help!
