Been away from wow for a year came back recently and restarted my Magelo sub. Lots not working sync does not see my wow game, tried to sync my char but its stuck and has been for a few days now and we pay for this lol.

Hi SkipGTR We are still working on the update of Magelo Sync and the Armory Import since MoP update, as mentioned in our homepage news. You cannot yet update your characters and we will keep you posted as soon as it's possible again. We are sorry for the long wait. We will compensate our Premium members with extra time on their subscriptions. Thank you again for your patience and your support.
