Just renewed my premium Magelo acct. Trying to sync my toon. The directions say, "Just click the sync now button". I can't find any button that says Sync now!! Where is it?

You can download the magelo sync here, if you havent already - (top right hand corner)
http://eq.magelo.com/magelo_sync.jspa
Then when you run that you will find the shine "sync now" button

Hello Pani,
Are you able to log into Magelo Sync? Does Magelo Sync detects your character properly?
It's just after that you should see the button to synchronize your character, like on this screen.
If you don't see the button to sync your character, could you please provide the Log file of Magelo Sync? Keep the focus on Magelo Sync, and press "ctrl + shift + L". A window will appear with the log and you can copy the content in your reply here.
