All EverQuest Live Servers were offline on March 13, 2013 for a Game Update.
 Magelo Sync has been updated! 4 extra days have been granted to our Premium members.
Edit: Few users reported they couldn't sync after we patched Magelo Sync. We are working on it.
Edit2: Issue fixed! you should be able to sync your characters now 
Highlights
- Celebrate 14 years of EverQuest with our classic anniversary events, starting March 15th, 2013 and running until April 26th!
- New missions, many created with your help at SOE Live 2012, are available starting March 15th, 2013, and lasting an additional month, through May 26th! The in the Plane of Knowledge will be happy to help players locate quest givers for these new missions.
- Lady Caroline of Thex, located above the entrance gates in the city of Felwithe, can send you on a new adventure related to your existing epic items starting March 15th, 2013. She will be available year-round following this date.
- NPC melee combat will no longer cause other NPCs to move. Players can still move NPCs and NPCs can still move players.
- EverQuest has extended the benefits available to Free and Silver level players! See http://www.everquest.com/free for details!

4 Days and counting..you refunding a prorated amount to us for the time it is taking to patch?

I just resubscribed to magelo not long ago... in time for it to go down cause of the patch. It has been 4 days with no update. If this is indicative of what I'm spending my money on, I'm not going to be satisfied.

Magelo Sync should be available again today. Sorry this update take so long.
We will compensate our Premium users with extra time on their subs, as we usually do.

Finally patched ! We just compensated all our premiums 4 extra days. Geez simple patch when you look at the patch note alone and yet the code did change a lot...
In the future, we will do some intermediary Magelo Sync updates so you can sync even if some other Magelo Sync features such as the geo loc are disabled.
