Magelo is showing my sta at 864 and it's 972 in game (making my HPs off as a result as well).
I checked my STA AAs and they all seem to be in order.
All my gear/aug'ing is up to date as well.
Any pointers?

What screen is showing 864? Profile link would be helpful.
My main magelo profile screen shows 995 but if i go into modifiers it shows 860/870 (not sure where 870 is from possibly adding heroics into base stat calculation). 995 minus the 265 heroic stamina gives me 730 which should be 10 below max stamina cap for level 100 with all stat cap increasing aa's including DoN progression (rof gear is lite on base stats causing some stats to fall below cap). Depending on class, fundament of * aa adds 1 per rank to a given stat for 9 ranks total (Shamans get stamina, Tanks get Strength etc)
Level 100: 455
Don: 10
Planar Power: 100
Earthen: 25
Dreamlike: 50
Phantasmic: 50
Veiled: 50
Total: 740
Plus Heroics: ???
Total Stat: 972
Were you buffed in game or running tribute? Shaman unity line provides overcap stats boosts including Stamina. Certain power sources can boost or reduce stats as well.

Need to add your powersource to each of your visibles in slot 1.

That would be indeed the culprit...
I gonna see soon if I can auto fill those augment slots to avoid this kind of issue.

Did that fix your problem? I had a guild mate who has a similar issue... well his issue was that he forgot to add the purity augs that he had on his toon to his gear in his magelo profile.
