my synch button is grayed out and it will not synch my toon.

Could you please try again and press "ctrl + shift + L" to get the log of Magelo Sync. You can copy its content in your reply.

okay if i change my icon on my destop to any thing but small the login screen will not let me put in my info. Also now I get to where I can sync but i press the icon and nothing happens .

I'm wondering if there is a connectivity issue here, ie: port blocked for internet traffic. Does the Magelo Sync program find your character? Such as, is your character's name displayed, zone they are in, etc?

The log file indicates you have no more game slots available, so that might be the issue. You just need to go in your account page and reset your game slots. Then try again to use Magelo Sync and let us know how it goes.

The character would still be able to be used with Magelo Sync - how else would new characters be created, and level/AA/etc sync since we cannot manually edit them. You will sync and receive an error stating something in the effect of your have reached your account slot limit, or something. I don't recall what it is.

Thank you Fenthen, you are definitively right about the game slots.
elkrezz, our log indicates you successfully synchronize your character on the first of June. So do you still have an issue? Thank you for keeping us posted.

I have 3 toons. Elkrez, elkbonez, elksong and for some reason I can sink elkrez but will not syn the other two I have to log in 1 a time and do it manual so please close this issue.
