Try as I might, I cannot get the EQ Magelo client to boot. I recently updated Java to the most current version...could that be a problem? I click on the shortcut...and wait and wait and wait...and nothing happens. Help!

It doesn't seem to be a Java problem. When I click on the shortcut, nothing happens. I have tried to delete the program and reinstall, but the problem continues. I also tried deleting the sync file and that made no difference. Here is a copy of my only log file:

Do you still have an issue to sync your character? The log file you provided did not indicate any issue. Thanks for keeping us posted.

No. I fixed it by dropping back to a previous version of Java. It was the only download I had done since experiencing the problem.
