I server moved back to The Rathe and once again my Magelo is hosed up.
I want to KEEP the magelo I have from old Number 220870 Please fix it?

Hi Lainiea,
Sorry about this. When your moved your character on another server Magelo Sync created a duplicate with another id. We are going to fix this and give you back your old id. I will let you know when it's done.

I had to create a new account as my original one seems to no longer work.
I cant log into MAGELO even tho I know my username and password.
Do you know why?

Do you have some difficulty to log in the website or Magelo Sync?
In any case, I can reset your password to help you login again. Let me know if you are ok with that and I will send you a temporary password by email.

I had to make this account since for some reason I am locked out of my original account the one with Lainiea and Babey which is an old account. I dont know why it is blocking me now it wont accept the password so I need help. Can you see on your end what is going on? What happened to make this log in and password invalid all of a sudden? My account is paid for premium. Please help me redo my password to see if it will let me back in?

I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to log in 5 times. It wont take Lainiea or lainiea

Hi Lainiea,
We put something in place to track what is going on with the id change.
Could you please delete your character and sync it again? It will not fix the issue but it will help us understand what is going on.

I am not sure what you did...but IT FIXED IT !!!
HUGS and thank you from the bottom of my heart !!!!!!!!!!!!
Both of my chars update properly and have their IDs right !!!!
