Is there some way of notting we use these so that the total number of AA's will show correctly?? I.E. I have used Glypf of Dragon Scales ~ 10 times.. How do I indicate that I have 27 more AA's??

We don't register them on the character sheet, as they are expended. This was a design decision made by Jelan, based on the fact that it's not an indication of how many AA skills you really have.
