Just sync'd .. and it skipped all my visible armor slots. Tried changing items, re-syncing, etc. Weird bug.

At the time you sync, is your character under any kind of illusion or any other state that would not render its visible items ingame ? This is such a bizzare issue but you are not the first one to report it.
