My subscription expired, and I went through the process to renew. The payment shows on the payment page, but my premium still shows as expired.

It has now been a week and four days since I paid for premium. You aren't answering this post, and you aren't answering emails. I really don't want to have to do a chargeback, but I will if I have to.

Hi Calandria,
Apologize for the late reply, missed your post somehow.
As you probably figured out already, the order you placed on the 4th did not go through and no payment was made.
When you tried again on the 24th, this time the payment went through and the system upgraded your membership status.
