I'm brand new to this never synced before but for some reason my character is not syncing and on magelo sync app it says to contact support if character doesn't show up after a few seconds. Is it because it was patch day recently? Sorry if this has been answered already.

Sync goes down for about a week after a patch and is currently still down.

Magelo Sync has been patched and 4 extra days granted to compensate for the extra downtime.
