Hello Asif,
I'm using IE 7 and Windows Vista and I'm seeing the tabs fine. Could you see if you can clear/refresh your cache and try again? It may also help using a different browser to help us determine if the problem is with a certain browser.

I'm using IE6.0 and winWinXP. I have cleared teh cache and same issue. I can see tabs on other profiles, just not mine...

I think it's IE6, others have reported the tabs coming and going with IE6.

Try Firefox or upgrade to IE7.
