We're happy to announce that several new features for your World of Warcraft character profiles we've been working on are now live! Please enjoy 
To keep up with the new stuff in Wrath of the Lich King, we've added many things to the Magelo profile. Check out these new features, which include:
Achievements main tab
This will display your achievement points and show your total achievements completed. It will also display a list of your Recent Achievements.
Currencies window
Your badges and battleground marks are now viewable when you click the “Currency” button in the Player > Character tab. The information is easily accessible and is similar to the currency window you can see in the game.
Glyph tab
The glyph tab will show you the glyphs you have applied on your character. You can also click the specific glyphs to find out more about the skill or spell it benefits.
PVP tab
Show off your PVP prowess for the next Arena season with the PVP tab! It displays your honor accumulated and lifetime kills. It will also provide information on your Arena team, Arena points, your team rating and other Arena stats. A cool feature of this tab is that you can even see your Arena team logo in your profile!
New profile and signature backgrounds
New pictures related to Wrath of The Lich King expansion are now available in the background gallery for profiles and signatures, so go check them out!
Known issue: Few statistic problem regarding the Death Knight
We've also fixed the bugs listed below:
3D model
- Missing 3D models in the profile
- Characters having unnatural white hair
- Skins of certain equipment overwriting others
- Shoulder items not scaled correctly
- Troll tusks do not show correctly
- Character faces appear all blacked out
- Incorrectly colored beard of Gnome
Website
- Spells and Talents section giving “Whoops” error
- Zones showing only Shattrath City and Dalaran
- Missing outdoor map
Database
- Bag capacity cannot be seen
Profile
- Wrong icons in the profile
Magelo Sync
- “Server Unsupported” messages for some official servers
We've got a lot more new stuff planned for the future, so you can expect more soon! In the meantime, enjoy the new features and have a great week-end!

I can't get to the wow.magelo.com pages, and when I load Magelo Sync it's showing a blank screen (well, it has the blue-swirl background, but nothing else).
Not sure if this is just an expected downtime, or something else; but I definitely cannot get to any pages on the wow sub-domain.

Hi macabail,
You are correct, the wow channel is very slow right now as we are rebuilding all our caches. The channel should be back to normal speed in a few hours.

Hi froststeel and welcome to the Magelo borad!
Do you mean that you don't see your DK character in Magelo Sync when you are playing? Magelo Sync don't detect it, right? It was an issue we should have fixed.
Could you please copy and past here your log? Find a guide here that explain how to do it. Thanks.

I also have a problem with the skin/model not showing up with my DeathKnight, I see this bug has been realized. As the other person said I think it's due to the special DK skin color. You can have black skin or "undead" looking skin". In the case of my DK she has the undead looking skin and it isn't appearing.
My other characters all have the "unnatural white hair" that was mentioned above, and one even has her armor not showing up.
I'll show you what I mean:
That character is lacking shoulder armor model, her hair is white where as it is normally blue.
My other character has the same issue but only regarding the hair color:
These are both priests, I don't know if it has something to do with that.. my rogue has white hair in game and her white hair on the model is correct without issue. (It's not the unnatural white).
My DK shows up perfectly except for lacking a body, but that is already known ;P

Hey guys, Thanks for updating it. Just a quick question in my sig it says I only have 1250 +Frost Spell Damage when Really I have 1357 why is some of my damage missing? Since there's not spell damage anymore and it's just unified spell power are you planing on cleaning it up a little so its not +Fire or +Frost you just select spell power if you want either damage or healing? Also since they have finally updated the armory to include haste when will haste be added as an option for the signatures? I don't stack crit I stack haste.

Hello Saphala and congratulations on level 80!
We're planning to add in Spell Power as a separate stat as there are talents that increase only specific magic schools, so all the existing magic stats are still important too! It's a little unfortunate that we missed out on adding Haste to the list of visible stats, we'll make sure to have that next update.
My personal apologies goes to those of you who were really looking forward to having Haste - my Healadin was also looking forward to having that stat so we're in the same boat!

Just signed up today, created a profile for my 78 hunter. Seeing white hair for the 3d model. . per your news front page

I've had the same problem with my rogue, it's just something that Magelo Sync will need time to pick up and correct. If you can log into your character and run Magelo Sync for a while it should pick up the correct color when you Sync again.

I've had the unnatural white hair issue since my post on 12/2/08 @ 4:10 PM. I have let magelo run and sync many times since and STILL have the issue with multiple characters.
