Hello and welcome to the Magelo forums, Baalshem!
Have you tried restarting Magelo Sync? It may just work.
If not, could you post the contents of your Magelo Sync log file? Hit Ctrl + Shift + L while Sync is running and copy + paste the contents here - we'll be able to figure out what's wrong!

Thank you for your quick response  that seams to have sorted it, I tried that last night but did not work but all is fine

Glad to hear it's sorted out!
There's a number of possible reasons why Magelo Sync may experience an error with memory as in your case, but it's nothing that can't be resolved with a restart of Magelo Sync, or the PC.
