Hello Mikel1987 and welcome to Magelo!
You may need to log into your other characters before Magelo Sync will be able to detect them. Once you have logged into the other characters, they will be detected and shown in a different tab labeled “Others” in Magelo Sync. Clicking on the “Sync Now!” button in that tab will sync all of them.
