I've been seeing that every time i change my characters hair color/ design it shows up alright just not color what so ever just plain white. But this only seems to happen to my Death knight. Not sure if there was another topic out there like this but couldn't find it in the amount i time i have right now. So i'm guessing around the next patch it should be alright. Right?

It's still an ongoing issue we have. The 3D engine needs to be fixed but it may be quite some time before we can get it revamped in full.

As I said before I've tested this one out.. it's actually all hair styles/colors that are available only in the barbershop for your race.
If you change your hair style/color to one that you can choose when you create your character (except DeathKnights) you won't have the white hair issue.
DeathKnights are a special case.. you get the choice of a special skin/hair color combination (and markings if you're a nightelf) that aren't otherwise normally available.
My DK has an odd purple that only NE DK's can get, along with black markings (unique to my "dead" skin color) AND I have the loopy braids only available in the barbershop. Therefore my haircolor is that stark white and I don't have my black (or any) markings on my face.
Go and change your hair style/color to a "normal" starting one and you'll see it works again..
