since last update, it cannot seem to fully find my toons, it does seem to see where they are at, location shows up but that is it. running 4.1.4. it shows under Zone where i am, under My Character, says Trying to detect. hope this info helps, let me know if need more info

Hi Yensid,
According to the records, it appears that you have updated your characters shortly after this post was made. Just in case you haven't, is it possible to provide a Magelo Sync log when it was unable to detect your character please? You may press "Ctrl + Shift + L" to open up the log when Magelo Sync is running.

Update: We've patched Magelo Sync to correct a couple of bugs, can you please try to Sync your character and let me know if you're still having difficulties? Thanks in advance!
