So where do I access this gear planner? I've downloaded and sync with magelo sync, but when I click on the gear planner page there is nothing for me to do. No information to see, nothing to click on or download.
What am I missing?

Hi SMKun and welcome to the board!
What do you see in the page? Is it a presentation of the Gear Planner with at the footer the explanation for getting started? If that's it, that means you wasn't logged on the website, so we cannot open the Gear Planner as we need to know you to show your characters. Just try to log on Magelo and click on "Gear Planner" quick link in the left menu, in the Tools section.
The direct URL is also: http://wow.magelo.com/en/gear_planner.jspa
If I am totally wrong, please tell me what do you see when you click the above link and what are you using as browser. I can recommend you right now FF or IE, where the Gear planner works perfectly.

I am getting the same thing. I am logged into the website and my character has been synced. I am just seeing on overview and the getting started options.

I might have an idea of what is going on... Can you try to logoff and then login and try to access the gear planner again, it should work this time.

Glad it worked, I will fix this asap, in the meantime, once you synced your first character, make sure you log off and log back in on the website to see the gear planner.
