I was just wondering if there's even a remote chance of getting banned by using Magelo. I have been searching around on the wow forums and I have seen that using Magelo is against the rules so I've been wondering if Blizzard has allowed the use of Magelo or not.

Hi dragonxx21,
It's important to differentiate our website Magelo from our client, "Magelo Sync". There is no way you could be banned from using our website. The so to speak "controversy" is all about the usage of our client. Our users have been using it since more than 2 years now and no one ever has been banned. There are ten of thousands synchronizations done every single day using it, I think the history speaks for itself.
That being said, as I already said, if you are not comfortable with our client, feel free to use the armory import.

Well, I've heard many good things about Magelo Sync. Considering that I have not actually heard of anyone getting banned by using the program, I think I'll probably start using it. Thanks a lot for the quick reply ^^
