Another Hotfix was applied yesterday (Rift 1.3 Hotfix #14 - 8:00am PDT 7/28/11 [NA] - 1:00am GMT 29/7/11 [EU]). You can read the official patch note on the Rift forum. We are working on the update of Magelo Sync and it should be soon available again!
Update: Magelo Sync has been patched for the Hotfixs #14 and #15 that was applied 1 day after!
Update July 31: There is an issue with the synchronization of new character. It seams not working properly since the update. Sorry! We are working on it and we will keep you posted when it is fixed!
Update August 1: The sync issue on new character has been fixed

Rift 1.3 Hotfix #15 is announced for tomorrow on NA servers (8:00am PDT 7/30/11 [NA] - 3:00am GMT 29/7/11 [EU]), so we will try to patch the #14 today, but we will have to patch again tomorrow  We will keep you posted!

Oops the 1.3 Hotfix #15 is finally for now! There was a little glitch in the Rift patch note 
We get back on our update and keep you posted when it's done.

Woot ! Finally patched among with a lot of goodies, a news will follow up very soon to highlight them 
As we usually do, when we have an unexpected long downtime with Magelo Sync, we compensate all our premiums with some extra time. So all our RIft premium users have been granted 2 extra days on their membership

We just noticed that people can't sync new characters right now. The issue is spotted and we are working on a fix. Thanks for your patience !
