The Armory Import method is not available at the moment for maintenance. We are working on the update of our system with the new API provided by Blizzard. We will keep you posted as soon as the service is available again.
Magelo Sync stays an alternative to update your characters if you wish to give it a try.

any update on this, all of us mac users are in the dark for updating while this is down, any changes?
