Any way to reset it so that it shows i'm only using 1 of 3? I've deleted 2 of the characters there were on this account. If this can not be fixed just delte the account since at this point it would be useless to me since its being used for people in guild to have some were to update their profile.

Hi larry1025, I can only see one slot used on your account, so you shouldn't have any issue. Could you provide the log file of Magelo Sync? Try to sync a character and press "ctrl + shift + L" when you have the focus on Magelo Sync to get the log. Then copy its content in your reply. Thanks
