Rift has been patched for the 1.6 Hotfix #3 (8:00am PDT 11/29/11 [NA] - 2:00am GMT 30/11/11 [EU]). You can check out the patch notes below, also available in the Rift forum. We are working on the update of Magelo Sync and we will keep you posted!
Update: Magelo Sync has been patched!
GENERAL
- Fixed the spamming of multiple Fae Yule mails.
- Candy Cane weapons now remain visible when sheathed.
- Warrior-type NPCs using , , and will no longer hit with these abilities in a full circle - players standing behind them will be safe.
- : Treants are 100% more treant-y and may be foraged.
- Client stability improvements!
EMBER ISLE
- The Magma Hounds at Obsidian Shore are now skinnable.
- Karris will now fight much more fiercely for his life when confronted during the quests '' and ''.
- Omen and Quantum Sight artifacts now respawn more reliably.
- Look Again: Added additional instructions for the use of the Shimmering Orb Shard.
- : All steps of this quest now grant credit to all members in a group when completed.
- : There are now proper quest location icons for both steps of this quest.

Another hotfix was applied on December 1: RIFT 1.6 Hotfix #4 - 8:00am PDT 12/1/11 [NA] - 2:00am GMT 02/12/11 [EU] and Magelo Sync was updated few hours later.
GENERAL
- Fixed an issue with Rifts not spawning properly during Zone Events in multiple zones.
- can now be opened inside of instances - but why would you want to wait that long!
- : The rare NPC no longer wanders into a nearby Guardian foothold.
- : corpses now require Mining to obtain materials from, instead of Butchering.
- : : Fixed an issue with the usable quest item sometimes not appearing in the quest stickies.
- Removed Jorge Neralis' evil twin.
RISE OF THE PHOENIX [Sliver]
- : Inferno Lash now has a 1.2 second casting time.
- : Leaping Flame no longer requires line of sight when jumping from one character to another.
- Some NPCs with increased resistance to Physical damage have been corrected.
DROWNED HALLS [Sliver]
- Some NPCs with increased resistance to Physical damage have been corrected.
EMBER ISLE
- Addressed an issue in the zone event, The Seed of Change, that could cause it to become incompletable.
- : The pirate from the third quest step no longer respawns instantly.
- Feline Intervention: Fixed an issue causing the quest item not to be granted if the character was also on Metallurgical Crisis.
- : The Bloody Claw no longer drops after the quest has been completed.
- Lurking in the Mist: Nearby Farclan Dwarves will no longer assist you against Ithkari Abominations.
- : Fixed a bug with this quest not resetting properly.
- Portentious Pods: The Greenwood Defenders should stick around longer once their pods are cracked open.
- : The Recluse mount should now stay firmly grounded. On the ground.
- The Wanton Unbound: Addressed an issue that could cause this quest to become non-completable.
- Achievement: : More types of Pyrkari now count properly toward this achievement.
- Corrected the loot drops from the rare spawn .
- Sourcethief artifacts can now be sold to vendors.
