Hi ShoeyFoey,
Somehow you end up with a bogus item in your right ear, I removed it and your profile loads fine now. Could you please try to sync again to see if the slot comes right this time ? Thanks !

Partially fixed. Thanks.
Yeah I can see my profile without the ear, but when I resync'd the ear isn't there.
Right ear is from Tower of Frozen Shadow: Raid Instance•Mayong Mistmoore the Empowered

Thanks for the feedback ShoeyFoey, I will look into our logs which should hopefully provide some feedback as to why the item which is in our database, does not seem to want to stick on your profile.

Glad to hear, was able to fix something related to the spells which was impacting the augment on your earing which was the issue.
