Hi, I have two characters of the same name under my account and am unable to delete my primary toon so the secondary of the same name can be primary. I believe this happened because I created the first while on the bristlebane server and then moved to firiona vie server and tried to magelo sync my toon. Now I have two copies and cannot sync properly nor can I delete the old one. Please help!

I was able to delete the newer of the duplicates but it was also the one that was updating with gear. The persistant copy that I cannot delete is old and does not recognize my guild status.

After deleting the new copy and forcing a sync I was able to resolve this problem.

Good to hear. As a reminder, your toon will only update basic information (level, server, guild status) while a Registered User. You'll need to upgrade to Premium User to enjoy all the perks of complete synchronization. Semepr FI!
