The guild tools, the signature, and the equipment upgrade tools were all listed as reasons why they needed to upgrade to 24.95.
This was back in Jan iirc? 10 months later I think accepting the fact you are paying twice as much for the same thing is the best way to go. The extra stuff was just a bit of a bait and switch tactic that they are going to get away with. I wouldn't expect any more functionality from the site. If it comes great, but I think expecting it will only lead to disappointment.
