I am attempting to renew my subscription but cannot. Clicking the "Pay Now" button changes the button to "Please Wait" and it juts hangs there endlessly with no response or any indication anything at all is happening. Seems its not redirecting to your outside payment party. Have tried the past two days since receiving your heads-up email that my sub will expire in 7 days. The link in the email simply takes me to the My Account page here.

When I re-upped mine, I had to go to the bank and have my card set to allow overseas purchases. I have no idea if this might be the issue for you, but it might be worth checking.

Today I learned its a browser thing. Using Firefox primarily and I can't process payment using Firefox. Tried using IE instead just for the sake of experimentation and payment processed normally. Likely related to Firefox's changes to no longer support many NPAPI plugins, including Java.
