When running Magelo sync it says no game is running. Premium member but now I can't update no more.

I see sync is disabled until the guild tag issue is fixed. Look in Bug forum.

i am also seeing this issue when i run the magelo app on desktop it does not recognize that EQ is running

Had to pause Magelo Sync to fix the issue with guild members.
Fixed that and re enable Magelo Sync so all should be working now.

I've had windows of time where I could sync since this came up but since the 2/1 update it's back offline again.

Patch is not working. Current version I'm downloading is 5.0.1., same as it's been. Getting popup saying~~~ EQgame.exe has been patched. Magelo Synch will be updated soon.

Hi bric1,
It should be working, did you check that you did not skip the EQ patcher by any chance ?
If the issue persists, can you please open a topic in the bug forum and post your Magelo Sync log.
