By default, to edit your guild's infos, you have to be the guild master or an officer of the highest rank.
They can, in turn, edit the rights to raise or lower the permissions of the members

so basicly the gm is forced to install this if any1 else wants it.

so you have to be GM or Rank 1 officer to edit Guild site info ? I am currently a rank 2 (class leader) I'll have to get my status changed just to fill in the information ... not great if only a few guildies are using this ....
