Is this only for European servers at the moment? and if not how com the downloader doesn't work right?

Hi Auggiedoggy, Sync should support US, EU, Taiwanese and Korean clients. The client is the same for these zone The only glitch is the diffrent patch dates, we should come with a better solution quickly, by handling different versions at the same time. We're currently supporting the 2.4.2 version, the 2.4.3 will be our first challenge. Note we're not supporting private servers. If you experience any trouble, start a new thread in the Bug forum and copy your log file in it, try to be as clear as possible about your workflow, it will help us to understand what's happening. To open your log file when Sync is running, type "Ctrl + Shift + L", alternatively, open and copy the content from the magelo.log file in Sync's installation directory. Best regards

I did make a post on the bug forums stating that I was unable to download the program. Its not that it isn't working. I get and error everytime I try to download it.

You might need to install the java program from www.java.com
