I just downloaded magelo sync, and tried running it. The spalsh screen pops up and freezes. nothing ever happens. This happens regardless if WoW is running or not. As a consequence there's no log or settings file available to tinker with.
Any help?

Could you see if your JRE (Java Runtime Environment) has been updated to the latest version? It may help fix the problem.
