what is magelo and what dose it do? all i know about it is that it gives you that profile thing what else dose it do?

That's what Magelo is, a profile system. You can create and manage profiles for all of your toons for offline viewing. http://wow.magelo.com/magelo_sync.jspa

With Magelo you will also access to guild management and recruitment tools, so if you want to manage your guild, look for recruits or find a guild that's looking for new members, you can use the appropriate tools to do so in the LFG/Guild Management section.
