my character does not load on the startup of magelo sync it shows randon characters all of wich r not me lol. 1 time it loaded my toon but not since then.

Would you mind providing a screenshot of the random characters that appeared and also provide the Magelo Sync log when that occurs? It will help us determine the cause of the error.
