Just looking at the Signature my old guild tag is still showing. What is the normal time for this to refresh?

The guild tag should be refreshed with every time you use "Sync Now!" button. it might be that the profile/guild tag not updating was a result of the server/website being patched at the time you Sync'ed your character, would you mind trying to Sync it again and let us know if it's still not updated?
