i just downloaded and installed magelo today and everything seems to be working properly except that it wont sync for me. all my char stats and inventory appear to be correct but when i click "sync now" it tells me "unable to synchronize equipment, invalid item received". problem im having is with WoW and i have tried two different characters with same problem.

i have the same problem, he detect my charachter but i can not sync it.
how can i slolve this problem, i have tried my druid my hunter and my DK.

I get that message aswell
"Unable to synchronize equipment, invalid item received."
I got a few items with a +8 mod from my leather worker, maybe that is the problem?

2 days ago it worked fine. yetserday I was getting an item unable to sync error. and today i have the same char sync issues as the rest. Mebbe it's has something to do with the special wow anniversary achievement and pet. Im sure magelo will find and fix it since the program was flawless 3 days ago

Hi : )
I'm a new user to the Magelo Sync 4.1.4. I just loaded it for the first time a few minutes ago. FYI: if it matters, I am using the Microsoft Vista Business version of Windows. I am also getting the exact same error message as the person above mentioned:
"Unable to synchronize equipment, invalid item received."
I've found that it continously tries to sync over and over again. The little sync circle just keeps on trucking away, but never transfers the data. After about 30 minutes of it attempting to sync, I figured I would log in another World of Warcraft character and see what happened next. Well it didn't do anything at all. The program continued to sync only my paladin, it didn't even recognize I had logged into my Death Knight. I ended up having to shut down the program manually by hitting Control+Alt+Delete. Magelo Sync says it is running smoothly, but does not give you an option to cancel the syncronization. (Note: That may be a nice feature, to make a stop button to get it to stop trying to sync if it's not actually getting the job done, or you need to do something else with the program.)
Thanks for making a great product! I love the idea and hope to see it up and running soon.

at startup it works well - but since two days i cannot sync my character - moreover my signature is now unusable....

Thanks a lot for you answer about a general error...
for informations... I've made some tests...
as I used several computers, I'll try to delete my character from site, uninstall magelo sync, clean registry, re install magelo and try to sync with the same result.
I tried also to sync a character with a lower level with items dating before wotlk addon and i've encountered the same error...
Best regards, i'll waiting for your update to sole the problem..
