Sync doesn't want to find my toon anymore, it just sits there and then displays the messages about not appearing let us know etc. I am supposed to set the settings tab to where my toons info is in the WOW main folder under my account listing correct? This has been happening for some time now.

Hi siubosn, have you tried restarting Magelo Sync?
I would advise uninstalling and then deleting the Magelo folder from your PC before re-installing Magelo Sync if that does not work.
If you're still having issues, would you mind providing the Magelo Sync log? Hit Ctrl + Shift + L and copy+paste the contents into your reply post here, we should be able to figure out what went wrong.
The path shown in the Settings is for a function we haven't completely implemented yet into the WoW channel.

did as u suggested. A) could not completely remove magelo folder due to error message in use by other program. of what program that could be i don't know. so i reinstalled to a different drive.

Ah, exactly as I guessed. Somehow Magelo isn't given the required resources for it to run properly.
It's easily fixed by a restart of Magelo Sync, or a restart of your PC. You might also want to see if you're running a lot of programs, or if any of your addons could conflict with Magelo.
