So far as I can figure, Magelo is only taking my naked stats on the two characters I've got currently logged. None of the gear, enchants, or buffs are being taken into account.

Hi, Herself - it appears that your character was Sync'ed at the time without the gear information taken.
If you can, please try to re-Sync your character with all items equipped and the statistics will reflect the upgrades from your gear.

Well I am pretty sure you are experiencing a bug we have right now on our profiles. It should be fixed very soon, we ill get back to you as soon as it's fixed !
