Hi, I'm having two issues.
One, my character is showing naked stats, and my HKs are 0 (not sure what it is exactly, I'm at work, but I know it's way more than that).
Two, I can't open the customize frame in Firefox. When I click on the following link, nothing happens: javascript:Profile.showDashboard(25700);

Same thing with the warlock. She has a lot more than 0 SP.

Hello Eruantalon27 and welcome to Magelo!
It looks like the last Magelo patch changed a lot of things with the profile - your Warlock Spellpower actually is calculated properly but due to the character gear not being Sync'ed, only your naked stats are shown, resulting in 0 Spellpower. We're trying to find out why it's Sync'ed naked; would you mind to try re-Sync your Warlock and see if it will get the gear correct please?
We've noted the inaccuracy of the HK (and HKs/1 day) stats in the signature, so you will not have to worry about that very soon.
It is strange to be unable to customize your profile - we'll check out this glitch and let you know as soon as we have updates. Were you able to edit them in Internet Explorer?
If you find anything else out of the ordinary or have any suggestions, please do not hesitate to let us know in the appropriate forums!

I can't get anything to show up in internet explorer--probably just the work firewall. It loads the left, top, and right panes, but not the center one.
I'll try resyncing when I get home--thanks for the help.

I re-synched both characters and under the profiles they no longer appear naked. However, I can't fix the signatures. Both still appear calculated naked.
I can confirm from home that the "main" tab is also still broken. can't access that. Vista Home 64 + Firefox current both versions.

Editing and saving your signature will update them, actually.
The main tabs being broken is actually due to your characters not being assigned an archetype - we should have a patch to fix this soon.

All the issues you mentioned have been fixed however I see that there is a sig stat which is missing its proper text (stat.resilience.rating), we will fix this asap
