Hi guys,
Yes, "Hu" means Human, as explained by DivineRock.
I took a look to your characters and you right there is an issue with the race.
Piddo, only your main seams concerned. You secondary is ok.
May I ask you both to sync again your characters? Maybe there was a little problem with your last synchronization.
DivineRock, I love your signature "From Russia with ♥". You will be happy to know that it is a matter of days now for us to launch the website in Russian 
Please keep me posted about your race issue.

We are working on this issue and we will try to fix it for the next update, scheduled this week.
We will keep you posted.

3 days ago i have reinstall OS, but it doesnt help. "Ctrl + shift + R" doesnt help too

Noticed this happening on my Hunter today , What does seem weird is it only shows on Horde chars, my 2 alliance toons don't show anything where the race should be

Can you try to sync your character again ? Can you try to look at your profile from another computer ? Thanks !
As for the Race issue, It will hopefully fixed soon.
