I have synced my character multiple times and the info and gear about her is incorrect. It still shows my old gear and info from 2 months ago. How do I get everything updated?

Hi Kira4002,
You have Synced a character with dual specs. Your Combat spec is very much updated (you can access it by clicking the green arrow at the top right side of your profile and selecting "Secondary").
However, what shows when people first click on your signature is your Subtlety spec, which has not been updated since December. You may want to Sync your character with your Subtlety spec active, or change your Mainspec/Offspec preferences in My characters > Manage > Identity Card to make it show your Combat spec as your main spec.
