Apparently during the maintenance they have changed the properties of some servers, we will update our database and let you know as soon as it is done.

A little update: We just patched to let Magelo Sync account for these changes. You should be able to Sync your characters fine now.

Hi Zaligron, I've been able to Sync a character on Caelestrasz. Could you please try and restart Magelo Sync to see if it will detect your character?
If not, please press Ctrl + Shift + L when Magelo Sync is active to open up the log, then copy and paste the contents into the bug report post. You can also find the log in your Magelo Sync installation directory (magelo.log).

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled magelo
ive checked java install and updates
not sure whats next i know it has program permissions
and as far as im aware i havent changed anything since it last worked on my pc

Update: Characters on all US servers should have no problems with Magelo Sync now. Zaligron, would you mind trying to Sync your characters again and let us know how it goes?

It tried got the same response.. unsuported: caelestrasz
if i click okay it then shows me my character, shows the quests level location target ect so magelo is working client side it just isn't uploading, heres the log

so ill take another look at permissions ect but im assuming because it can start up and patch itself the permissions are set okay
i use armor online and its worked with that firewall prior to this, i just cant think of any settings changed, the only thing ive changed is battelping i use it now in stead of smoothping and i dont remember if ive changed that since syncing last
only thing i can note is that this is an oceanic server and with the new data centre coming i wonder if something has changed server side preemptively also this is a server that has been upgraded for the battlenet changes for real id
but then you d said youve sync a toon so thats why i wonder if its client side and after ummmm more than 8 years of using it cant figure it out lol

Hey there !
sorry for the late answer, but I think I found out your problem (both Zaligron and Rinsam).
It seems you changed your "realmlist.wtf" in some way, could you check the content of this file... You'll find it in < Your WoW directory >/Data/enUS/realmlist.wtf
Its content should be either this, if you never changed it...
Or this, if you experience problems login with your battle.net account.

have to wait till after patch update to test it thanks though, as far as i can remember its a freecap/putty change for ssh tunnels on the realms list i don't use it atm so hoping resetting it will fix it but have to look at it again once isp fixes wow gateway
