You may don't know that, but our system to import character from the Armory is based on the old Armory site as Battle.net didn't provide anything when they replaced the Armory.
A new API on Battle.net was finally launched yesterday. So we need to work on migrate our system from the old armory site to this one.
There are huge chances that your issue is related to this change. So give us a little time to work on the migration. We will do our best to provide some news soon.
