So just curious, does your sync work with ISBoxer or are you unable to see multiple instances of the game running in memory ? Last night the client actually found 3 of my box toons running on 3 different instances of ISBoxer, but this morning it seems to be struggling to even find one..

Same here, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. still says can not sync, error during synchronization.

I was getting an error. Then I did 2 things. I zoned out of my GH to pok, and I restarted magelo and used run as admin. Then synch worked.

I am finding that I can sync one out of three characters. Sadly, my main is one of the ones that will not sync. Below is the log showing Papagenno syncing fine, but Graeme not syncing.

I just pushed an update fixing one root issue if you had the following error:
I have also patched the server to provider more log around the error "Unable to sync your character".
Please make sure to restart Magelo Sync to get the latest version, give it a try and keep me posted.

Any update on this?? Still not working on my toons even if I do not use ISBoxer. I would like some resolution or a refund.

Hi Storms,
I pushed another update yesterday resolving an issue that would trigger in some cases a "Unable to sync your character". However your issue seems different given your characters are not even detected...
IsBoxer should not interfere at all with Magelo Sync and I know many Magelo Sync users are actually using IsBoxer as well without any issue.
Could you open a new issue in the bug section and post your Magelo Sync log ? I will follow up with you there. Thanks

The Sync log is completely empty, fact is all my log files have 0 byte counts so what log file would you like me to post ? When did you post a new update? I downloaded and installed the sync client for the 4th time last night around 9pm MST, and it didnt fix anything. The client is finding the current zone and it is also finding the characters current target but will never go to a sync status..keeps saying looking for your characters and if we dont find it, open a thread on the support forums.

Once you start Magelo Sync, it should create the log for you. Try to let Magelo Sync open that log by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + L when Magelo Sync window is focused.
I pushed an update a few hours ago that potentially should had fixed your issue.
