I have a premium account and have used 2 of the 3 slots it shows only two chars YET when I try to add 3rd it says all three are used. PLEASE at least reply and help me

Really sorry for the late reply. I checked your account and you have 2 game slots used at the moment, so adding a new character from another game account should not be an issue.
Could you please give me the log file of Magelo Sync? Try to sync and when you get the error, press "ctrl + shift + L" to get the log. Then copy its content in your reply.
