I go to manage character – customize – background music – browse, then the "add media" icon, and nothing happens. Nothing I seem to do works. I cannot find a way to upload a 1.2Mb music file. I use Firefox 18.0.2 if that matters.

I tried to reproduce the issue, but everything worked fine, and I also use FF 18.0.2.
When you click the "Add media" icon, a window should open to let you chose a file on your computer.
Could you let me know what OS do you have on your computer? Thanks

I use Win7 Pro 64-bit OS. Might there be an add-on to Firefox that would prevent this window from opening?
I worked around it by using IE and uploading it from there. I've still no idea why I could never get the window to open while using Firefox though.

The media upload can use Flash so do you have an add-on that block flash?
Glad to see you could find an issue anyway using IE.
