Magelo is not detecting that a character that I have links to a profile of a different name. The name was originally correct, and I changed it manually back when we used to be able to. Now I cannot get Sync to detect the profile. http://eq.magelo.com/profile/161965 Please rename to " Jeaza " so that Magelo Sync will recognize it, or enable us this ability.

Hi Fenthen, Character has been renamed ! On a side note, in most cases, Magelo Sync can figure out who is who even if you change your name class race or server. Your character happened to be the rare exception where it cant work automatically....

Hello Jelan. Thank you for correcting the issue on my character screen. However I see that the following profile exists, is not owned by me, and Magelo will not sync while it exists. Can you please remove this profile? http://eq.magelo.com/profile/2865887 Magelo only finds this one, and not the one under my character list.

Sorry for dragging this that long.. I should have fixed the issue and you should be able to sync that character just fine now. Let me know how it goes.
