Ok, perhaps I am missing something. I am from the days of manual character creation. I decided to update my profiles as I am actively playing once again. However, Magelo Sync fires up, logs in and says:
"Magelo Sync is trying to detect your currently logged character, please wait. If your character doesn't appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum."
I gave it more than a couple seconds, lol, perhaps 10+ minutes.
Any pointers will be helpful, thanks.

We patched Magelo Sync few hours ago so you can try again to sync your character.
